As Delivery Leader, Digital Accessibility & XD at Onward Search, Catherine Sherry has over 12 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, with a strong focus on the technology, creative, and accessibility space. She is passionate about connecting top talent with jobs at the nation’s most innovative companies, and advocating for accessibility and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace.
Catherine is a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC), and a member of the DEI committee at Onward Search. She has successfully recruited and placed candidates with various accessibility and technical talent, and supported the development and implementation of accessibility and DEI best practices, policies, and initiatives. Catherine is also fluent in Spanish, and has a keen interest in music, board games, and literature.
