Teach Access Student Academy
The Teach Access Student Academy is a FREE 2-day virtual workshop on Thursday, February 20, 2025 and Friday, February 21, 2025 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm ET (8:00 am to 2:00 pm PT). Whether you’re new to accessibility or looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop will empower you to create a more accessible world. The featured keynote speaker on day 1 is Haben Girma, renowned human rights lawyer and the first Deafblind graduate of Harvard Law School.
All students are welcome to join; whether you are enrolled in a college or university or are a lifelong learner.
Student Academy Presenters Wanted!
Share your expertise and passion for accessibility by leading an interactive workshop. We are seeking presenters to lead 30-minute sessions designed to build knowledge about accessibility, teach practical accessibility skills, and inspire meaningful action for students. Full details about what types of presentations we are looking for can be found on the Student Academy Call for Presenters Application.
Accepted presenters will receive a $500 honorarium.

Teach Access Anthem Award Recipient
We are thrilled to announce that Teach Access won a Silver Anthem Awardfor our Curriculum Repository in the Education, or Literacy Platform in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion category! The International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences (IADAS) selected this year’s Anthem Award winners from over 2,300 submissions from 34 countries.
